Our History
It all started with a simple goal: to bring better comfort and better care to Delaware homes and businesses. In 2005, Pierce Total Comfort was founded right here in Middletown with the belief that HVAC services should be more personal, more trustworthy, and more reliable. What began as a small operation has grown into one of the area’s most respected and awarded HVAC companies—without ever losing that family-run, community-first spirit.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to meet the needs of both residential and commercial clients. From heating and cooling to ductwork, thermostats, indoor air quality, and even fireplace services, we offer full-spectrum comfort solutions backed by experience and integrity.
